Q. How long does the service take?
A. As a general guide, services take between 15 and 45 minutes. The design, style, and condition of every shoe is different and every pair will receive a tailored service to care for the shoes.


Q. My shoes are losing its colour
A. Smooth leather is can lose its lustre due to drying, cracking, erosion of the essential waxes and oils. At Arterton, we can restore them with the right complement and re-pigment with the matching colours.


Q. Can you take care of suede?
A. Absolutely, in contrast to smooth leather, suede undergoes a different process. There is brushing the nap in the right way, light shampoo, colour re-pigmentation, suede conditoner, and finally, light suede protection (e.g. gentle water proofing).
