
The Shokunin (2025)
In a race against time, Tanaka-san crafts fifteen hand-carved hangers as he introspects on his vocational way of life – a reality which he comes to accept.
The audience is presented with the vicissitudes of the Japanese country life and follows Tanaka-san on his journey to self-discovery.

The film was shot in Hyogo prefecture during the autumn of 2023 by an international cast and crew from Japan and the UK.
